The goals of Nature Rx @WCM are as follows: 

1) Provide opportunities for medical students to enjoy the outdoors

2) Teach students about the medical benefits of spending time in nature and how to apply that knowledge to their lives and future practice

3) Learn about wilderness medical techniques and locally found medicinal plants

4) Promote environmental sustainability
