Outdoor Recreation Education Center Nature Rx Program, located in Tampa, Florida, is a wellness program meant to educate students about local green spaces and lead mindfulness hikes. The target audience for this new program is the university students at South Florida. The primary offerings include activities such as mindfulness hikes, local green space maps, counseling center referrals, and more. The program was founded in 2021, so it is still in its beginning phases, with the intentions to grow and expand what has already been established.
