Nature Rx @ University of Idaho 

Programs and places denoted by the Nature Rx graphic will promote opportunities to go outside for at least 20 minutes for the University of Idaho community. These excursions will be free, screen-free, promote relaxation and restorative practices, located within 1 hour or less drive from campus, and promote opportunities for peer-to-peer connections. They will highlight additional opportunities to engage in outings in the local community.
