Harvard Campus Nature Rx (Est. 2021)

Harvard Campus Nature Rx is a University-wide initiative to engage the University community with nature to facilitate mental and physical wellness on campuses and drive equitable access to nature for all individuals. The Harvard Nature Rx program will be a resource to students, faculty, and staff to find and enjoy local greenspace; bring awareness and understanding of the benefits of nature exposure to the community; and to bring this this knowledge to drive research, practice and policy in their personal and professional lives.

Harvard Nature Rx also exists to support Harvard University’s Sustainability goals in the areas of Conservation & Education; Personal Well-being; Research & Teaching and to be a connector to other University-wide research and efforts that center nature as a mitigator of individual, community, and planetary health.
